a good stay!
friendly staff complimentary water
The location was perfect for the event i attended. It was just across the street! i really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the bacon bap at breakfast was delicious, a really good way to start the day. the room itself was spacious. It had complimentary water and beer in the fridge.
i noticed that the exhaust vent for the portable ac unit in my room wasn't properly vented. the ac seemed to be heating the room more than it was cooling it. i hope this can be addressed to ensure a comfortable temperature .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They welcomed me as soon as i walked in. they were really attentive during breakfast service too. everyone seemed happy to assist with any questions.

The hotel has a pub with fresh decor. The music in the background does not overwhelm conversation. there is a tesco store conveniently located very close to the hotel. This is good to buy snacks. breakfast is included and the coffee machine is available in the room.

The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet despite being in a pub. I could not hear the road. it included complimentary water and also had beer in the fridge. there was a comfy bed with beautifully soft pillows available. I rested well.

The location was ideal because it was literally across the road from olympia. it's about a 10 minute walk to main shops and hammersmith station. Buses are right outside as well. access to transport was easy. i loved the location!

superb breakfast friendly staff sunday roast
The cooked breakfast was superb. I also enjoyed a Sunday roast, amazing. Staff were lovely and friendly, a great touch. I would stay again.
